GSM Giveaways General Terms & Conditions
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. If/where there may be confusion as to how to enter, prizes and/or conditions of entry, it is the responsibility of the entrant to seek clarification from the Promoters. Entry is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Entry is open to residents of New Zealand & Australia only. Employees of the Promoters and their immediate families, associated sponsors and agencies are ineligible to enter.
- Entrants may enter only once per giveaway product/service. Multiple entries from an individual using different email addresses will not be accepted.
- This competition runs from the dates as specified in the how to enter If/where there may be confusion as to applicable dates, it is the responsibility of the entrant to seek clarification from the Promoters.
- Any prize offered is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- Value of any prize is indicative only. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoters for any variation in the actual value of the prize. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute prizes if required.
- The Promoters accept no responsibility for lost or damaged prizes once in the hands of the courier service.
- Unclaimed prizes after one month will be forfeited. The Promoters may choose to draw a new winner for unclaimed prizes.
- The Promoters will not accept responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
- The Promoters are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials related to any competition.
- If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoters reserve the right at their sole discretion to withdraw the competition prior to being drawn, or to disqualify any individual who is suspected of tampering with the competition process.
- All entries become the property of the Promoters. All entries may be entered into a database and the Promoters may use the entrants’ names and email addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. All personal details of entrants will be stored by the Promoters. A request to access, update and correct any information should be directed to the Promoters.
- Winners will be drawn randomly from the entries received. Winners consent to their name being used for promotional purposes.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
